The meal delivery space in Canada has become increasingly saturated with as many as 10+ 3rd party delivery services. While DoorDash has been delivering the most meals in the U.S. it was still a relatively new service in Canada and was lacking a clear point of differentiation against the established competitive set. The challenge was to make DoorDash a household name to be top-of-mind the next time consumers choose to stay-in and order food.

We displayed a simple and sincere message to increase the brand’s awareness across the key markets in Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Ontario (Toronto, Hamilton), and Montreal.  DoorDash delivers what you want… to your door. It’s that simple.
