Over time, Public Mobile had become outdated in a market with more and more competition.
The company was forced to evolve, entering the retail and moving away from original online-only promise. Its logo was too small and its visual systems was too complex, leading too low ‘brand-linkage’ with customers, especially in OOH ads featuring a lot of copy.
So we decided to launch a brand refresh with a new design system consisting of logo, new colours, typography and illustrations that reinforce the diversity, individuality and interconnectedness of its customers.
The brand refresh came along wth the first campaign “We’re for you”, which further emphasized Public Mobile’s affection for their customers with humour aimed to give the audience ‘a wink & a smile’.
